Introducing the BGW Series Battery Voltage Protector
The BGW Battery Voltage Protector is an intelligent, user programmable, fully waterproof, low voltage disconnect. The BGW Series of battery voltage protectors prevent excessive discharge of the battery and will protect electronic appliances against overvoltage. It automatically detects 12/24V battery voltage and has a choice out of 10 on/off threshold voltage programs for easy programming. It also has the option for a remote off switch and an alarm output for connecting a buzzer, LED strip or relay. With its new rubberized polyurethane construction and low profile design, the battery voltage protector can be easily mounted in any location. Available in 40A, 60A and 200 Amp models.
Applications
When you are out boondocking in your RV, you won’t have to worry about having enough power to slide-in or slide-out your RV. With the battery voltage protector’s program settings to disconnect non-critical equipment early, critical functions like RV sliding can be prioritized over other non-critical functions like lights, TV, a stereo or USB chargers.
